For Great Wall tours (from 1 to 12 days), your deposit is fully refundable up to 15 days before your trip begins - provided you've booked 15 days or more before your final payment due date. Between 14 and 7 days before your departure, 50% of your deposit is refundable. Between 6 and 3 days, 25% is refundable. Shorter than 3 days, 0 is refundable.
For China tours other than the tours to the Great Wall, your deposit (except for the portion that has been used to secure/purchase the flight tickets or train tickets) is fully refundable up to 45 days before your trip begins - provided you've booked 45 days or more before your final payment due date. Between 45 and 30 days before your departure, 50% of your deposit is refundable. Between 29 and 14 days, 25% is refundable. Shorter than 14 days, zero is refundable. The flight tickets or train tickets may also be refunded depending on the cancellation policy or penalty the airlines and train operators issue for specific bookings.
However, if you wish to change your date, you can keep your deposit and reschedule for a future date. You may keep it for up to 5 years.
if you switch to another trip or wish to use it as a gift for your friend or any other loved one. You can also use your deposit to upgrade your trip.
Traveling to China is a lot of fun. But it's also a challenge. To ensure that your travel and expenses are protected from loss, we recommend you to purchase a travel insurance package. If you have a problem during your tour please inform your guide or your trip consultant immediately, who will try to make things right. Upon your finishing your tour, your guide should hand over his smart phone to ask you to do an instant survey of your satisfaction. Please help us fill out the 2-minute survey, and submit to our main office. You may also use our online Guest Feedback Form to inform us. You may also write to Great Wall Adventure Club Guest Relations Department at the address below within sixty (60) days of the end of your vacation.
