Upon you walk out of the Baggage Claim Hall, you'll immediately see the crowds who are welcoming their guests. Often times, it is hard to find our driver from the crowds because many people are holding their signs. Instead, please look a little further and you will see Starbucks Coffee Island behind the crowds. Simply turn left to that shop, and you will see our driver standing there. 

Please be advised there are two Starbucks shops in the same location. Please go to the one as an island, a much bigger shop. See the pictures below. 

In case of traffic difficulty when our driver gets delayed, please relax and have a cup of coffee. Your driver or tour guide will be there soon. Please install WeChat app and connect with your driver or tour guide, so you will always feel safer to meet either of them.
